Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan mengungkapkan hasil apresiasi terhadap karya seni. Hasil apresiasi tersebut ditilik dari segi proses dan hasil pengkonstruksian daya imajinasi dan kontemplasi. Makalah ini berisi tentang paparan studi kepustakaan dan analisis deskriptif.  Selain itu, studi kepustakaan tersebut ditinjau dari konsep-konsep mengenai hakikat seni, pembelajaran seni, estetika seni, dan proses imajinasi dan kontemplasi dalam seni. Berdasarkan konsep tersebut, dapat dipahami bahwa estetika merupakan suatu hasil pendayaan imajinasi dan kontemplasi seseorang yang tidak terbatas ruang dan waktu sehingga mampu menciptakan suatu karya seni yang indah.

Abstract

The aim of this research to know about  (1) implementation of Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Approach can improve student’s learning At the IX.6 grade in learening motivation Indonesian SMPN 1 Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman District.  Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) can increas student’s  spirit and response in solving problems set by the teacher, by increasing ability of communication and student learning outcomes obtained. Such as: (a) increased student collaboration and mutual help among students to solve problems in the learning process (b) increasing the compactness between students (c) the increased involvement of students in the learning process. (2) Contextual learning, has given a new feel in learning Indonesian so that learning is more effective. This is proven by the existence of significant changes to the completeness of student learning. By using contextual approach teachers find out innovate and create in the eye easy. Its approach can efficient and effective time to achieve the goal of learning and thinking effectively in solving simple problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar matematika di kelas VII.1 SMPN 7 Kubung. Selain itu, rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa juga berdampak pada hasil belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas VII.1 SMPN 7 Kubung dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus, yang meliputi: tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa VII.1 SMPN 7 Kubung yang berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes hasil belajar yang dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, yaitu mencari persentase peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran koopertaif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas VII.1 SMPN 7 Kubung.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes in science subjects in class IX.1 SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris. Several conclusions can be drawn from the results of research that has been conducted on IX.1 grade SMPN 1 Nan Sabaris among others, are as follows: (1). Science learning activities of students using Reciprocal Teaching Method experienced an average increase in student activity summarize the material in the first cycle occurred 40.6%. Average student activity asking the question in the first cycle of 34.3%, in the second cycle on average to 81.3% means an increase of 47%. The average activity of students in determining aspects of advanced materials in the first cycle is equal to 21.9% and the second cycle the average is 73.5%, meaning an increase of 51.6%. (2). The average results of students in science subjects has increased where at the end of the first cycle of 34.3% and at the end of the second cycle becomes 80.8%.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hakikat laboratorium, tupoksi kepala labor, kondisi ideal laboratorium di SMP, permasalahan dan kondisi nyata laboratorium IPA dan solusi pemecahan masalah laboratorium IPA di SMPN 7 Kubung. Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan hasil analisis tinjauan pustaka. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pembahasan yang komprehensif mengenai pengoptimalan peran kepala labor dalam menunjang pembelajaran IPA di SMPN 7 Kubung.

Abstract

To improve the educational quality is an importan attemp that should be done by all Indonesian and government. The bundles of educational problems have to be solved and distributed not only to the municipal  government but also to the prefectural government and the stakeholders of education. The distribution of task and responbility on the improvement of educational quality cannot be done automatically without stakeholders’ comprehension and understanding of the importance of educational improvement. But, teachers and school principal at least can do much when the stakeholdersgive much attention and prosperity to make them better life and more professional. In addition, the concept of school based management should be implemented soon to support the decentralization of educational management. It hopefully could make more effective beurocracy. However, it has to be implement wisely and carefully to avoid wider corruption, collusion, and nepotism at the local and root level.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran seni kriya di SMP dengan menggunakan teknik pemodelan berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan hasil analisis tinjauan pustaka. Adapun konsep-konsep yang digunakan dalam makalah ini meliputi: batasan pembelajaran seni, hakikat seni kriya, dan contoh penerapan teknik pemodelan berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran seni budaya di SMP.

Abstract

This research aims to know about students’ activities by using teams of students’ learning model type achievements devision (STAD) at IX.3 Grade of IPA Subjects in SMPN 1 Nan Sabaris. The type of STAD can Implement of Model Cooperative Learning, cooperative centered learning, the students can build and improve their knowledge in seeking settlement of a matter must be understood and controlled, either individually or in groups. In addition, teacher’s act motivator and facilitator (2). By using STAD Learning Model to improve student learning activities lesson in class IX.3 IPA at SMPN 1 Nan Sabaris. (3). Using Learning science STAD type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes IX.3 grade SMP N 1 Nan Sabaris. However, learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 16.17%, it can be seen from the average value obtained in the first cycle is 64 and increased in the second cycle into 80.17 this is evidence of the implementation of the research that has been done in  SMP N 1 Nan Sabaris have been successful. In addition, the STAD cooperative learning not only increases cognitive learning outcomes alone but also affective and psychomotor.

Makalah ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan-permasalahan dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP, seperti: berpusat pada guru, tidak menarik, membosankan, dan minim penanaman nilai karakter. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tataran praktis mengenai pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMP. Makalah ini bersifat kualitatif dan dideskripsikan melalui tinjauan pustaka dari konsep-konsep pembelajaran IPS, pendidikan karakter, serta contoh rancangan atau tataran praktis yang dapat diusahakan atau dilakukan guru dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam tahapan perencanaan yang meliputi: rancangan silabus dan RPP, pelaksanaan tindakan yang meliputi: eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi, serta evaluasi.

Abstract

This study uses classroom action research design. Subjects of this study is the ability to listen to fairy tales class VII 7 SMP N 1 Nan Sabaris. This study is divided into pre-stage cycle, the first cycle and the second cycle. Techniques of data retrieval is done by using test questions, observations, interviews, journals, and photo documentation. Data analysis included quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data shows the results of tests listening fairytale, while quantitative data shows changes in student behavior. in the first cycle of 64.13, and the second cycle reaches 76.67. it showed an increase from the pre cycle to cycle II reached 13.8%. In detail, the average value of the aspect of finding intrinsic elements in fairy tales prasiklus stage was 18.2, the first cycle was 27.2, while in the second cycle reaches 32. In the aspect of finding interesting things from fairy tales, the average value of students in the first cycle was 37.8, and the second cycle of 45. Based on the results nontes, students also experience changes in behavior
